Steps to reproduce
- Go to https://www.reddit.com/.
- Click on the shield icon.
- Click on the info icon on the leftr of the panel.
Expected result
- The panel is extended without issues.
Actual result
- The panel glitches while expending.
Regression range
- I don't think this is a regression. I can reproduce it on builds from August 2019 when the info button was implemented.
Additional notes
- This issue is reproducing more often with Proton enabled.

I can't reproduce this on my Windows 10 VM. I'm wondering if this is an underlying issue in Gecko or a problem on the OS side even.

I checked on latest Nightly 106.0a1, Firefox 105.0b9 and Firefox 104.0.2. I was not able to reproduce the glitch anymore. I think this issue might be fixed.
