Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Access Customize mode and activate Title Bar
- Enter Firefox in Fullscreen mode and open an additional tab
- Drag the opened tab in order to launch a new window
Expected result
- A new fullscreen window is opened correctly
Actual result
- An additional bar is visible on the newly opened window
Regression range
- Will see for a regression

- The issue can be seen in the following attachment
- full-screen-api.macos-native-full-screen doesn't seem to fix it

This doesn't seem to be a regression, as it is happening on builds from 2014 as well, but with a slightly change in behavior (don't think they are fully supported on newer macOS builds).
