Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox.
- Navigate to about:memory.
- Navigate buttons inside the page using tab.
Expected result
- The buttons are correctly selected and highlighted.
Actual result
- The highlight border is displayed beneath the adjacent button.
Regression range
- This is a recent regression as the issue is not reproducible in Fx88.0b8.
Additional notes
- The issue is more clear when zoomed in to about 300% (but occurs even without zooming in).
