Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox and add a few items between the address bar and Flexible Space.
- Enter Customize mode and observe the items before the Address Bar.
Expected result
- Customize is open as expected with no visual glitches.
Actual result
- The items from the toolbar are moving back an forth.
Regression range
- Pushlog: I believe that the regressor is bug 1686521 since this is so visible while the icon is hidden. The items were moving before this bug landed too but this was because of bug 1695172.
Notes
- Attached a screen recording.
- The issue does not reproduce if logged into FxA account and the icon is displayed.
- The issue does not reproduce if Firefox is in fullscreen.
- There is a slight move to the right side when Entering customize menu with proton disabled as well but it’s more accentuated with Proton enabled while not signed in to FxA.
