Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox and enter Fullscreen.
- Right-click on the toolbar and select the Hide Toolbars context menu option.
- Move the mouse on top of the screen and then move the mouse down.
- Move again the mouse to the top of the screen.
Expected result
- Toolbars are displayed.
Actual result
- The Apple menu remains stuck and the toolbar is no longer displayed.
Regression range
- Will search for one ASAP if there is one but this may have the same cause as bug 1697694.

This doesn't seem to be a regression, tried with builds as far as 71.0a1 and the issue still reproduces on macOS 11.2.3. Going further, the builds refuze to work properly (they crash).
