Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox.
2. Go to http://testsafebrowsing.appspot.com/s/unknown.exe and save the file.
3. Click on the download icon from toolbar.
4. Click on the > arrow from the download panel.

Expected result

• step 3: "Show All Downloads" is written with lower case "Show all downloads".
• step 4: "Download Details" is written with lowercase "Download details".

Actual result

• step 3: "All" and "Downloads" words from "Show All Downloads" are not written in lower case.
• step 4: "Details" word from "Download Details" is not written in lowercase.

Suggested Severity

• S3, since this won't affect the end users.

Regression range

• Not a regression.
