Steps to reproduce

• Launch Firefox and access the following pages, then right click and try to open images in new tabs or saving them:
  1. about:welcome
  2. about:robots
  3. about:rights
  4. about:loginsimportreport
  5. about:logins
  6. about:licenses
  7. about:protections

Expected result

• user can interact with the context menu options for the in-browser images;

Actual result

• right clicking on images in the above mentioned pages reveals image interaction options that are not triggering any action;

Regression range

• if needed, can check when time permits it;

Additional notes

• attached recording to illustate the issue;
• the other about:pages respect the options and the user can interact with them.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Protections UI' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Not sure of the best component, but not limited to just Protections UI.
