Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox, access about:certificate
- Press the TAB key 5 times;
Expected result
- selection made in expected element;
Actual result
- tab selection order:
- Servers
- Nothing(first table row under Servers) - filed bug 1702122 for this;
- 1st Certificate
- Export button
- Export button text;
- the blank table cell should not be selected (nr.2);
- the text button should not be selected(nr.5) but the button(nr.4); pressing tab key after nr.4 should select the next element;
Regression range
- will check and provide one asap, updating fields until then;
Additional notes
- reproducible with proton prefs on/off.

Hello! Searched for a regression range here and these are the findings:
- For the exported button text (step 5) this is not a regression because is happening with the implementation of Bug 1585620.
- For step 2 - when nothing is selected on the second Tab key pressed this is the pushlog:
