Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox with proton enabled and enter Customize mode.
- Add a random button to the toolbar and click on Restore Defaults/ Undo buttons.
- Observe the FxA button.
Expected result
- The Fxa button is displayed as expected.
Actual result
- The Fxa button is removed for a split second causing items to be moved on the toolbar.
