Steps to reproduce

  1. Make sure browser.proton.enabled is set on true in about:config
  2. Open about:buildconfig
  3. Navigate the page using TAB key until reaching link displayed under the Source section
  4. While the focus is set, zoom in the page or reduce the browser width to readjust the link on two rows

Expected result

  • The highlighted outline is not overlapped

Actual result

  • The highlighted outline is overlapped

  • Reproducible with the pref on and off, but regressed by a proton fix
  • Multiple about pages are affected (about:compat, about:license, about support etc.) one that is not affected and the links displayed on two rows are properly adjusted is about:telemetry
