[macOS] The make nightly/firefox default message is covered by the toolbar in fullscreen mode

Preconditions
- Have set "full-screen-api.macos.shiftToolbar" to true
- Have another browser than Firefox as default
Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Open a new tab page and make sure the "Set Nightly/Firefox as your default browser?" message is shown
- Enter fullscreen and hover the mouse over the top of the screen
Expected result
- The make nightly/firefox default message is not covered
Actual result
- The make nightly/firefox default message is covered by the toolbar
Regression range
- Will see for a regression

- The issue can be seen in the following attachment
- This happens with native fullscreen enabled and disabled as well.

Similar behavior can be observed in Safari and may therefore be expected from a platform perspective.

Seems like it has been fixed in latest Nightly 89.0a1 (2021-04-18), and the message slides along with the toolbar. Will close this issue.
