Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Click on maximize to stretch the browser on fullscreen and access customize
- Click on Drag Space
Expected result
- Drag space works as expected
Actual result
- Drag space is not activated when the browser is maximized

- Will see for a regression
Additional notes
- The issue can be seen in the attachment
- macOS doesn't seem to be affected

The drag space on Windows and Linux should be collapsed when a window is maximized, since a maximized window generally isn't dragged (although we keep some draggable regions on the toolbar and tabstrip for easy "tearing" out of maximized mode).
So I think this is expected. Closing as INVALID for now.
