Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox and add the search bar to the toolbar.
- Enter fullscreen and type something into the search bar.
- Move the mouse on the top of the browser.
Expected result
- Search results are correctly aligned with the search bar.
Actual result
- Search results are not aligned with the search bar.
Notes
- Attached a screen recording.
- This is reproducible both with native fullscreen on and off.
- The pref for toolbar shifting animation was implemented in bug 1699506.

Similar behavior can be seen with context menus and on Bookmarks Menu dropdown as well. (if added to toolbar from customize mode)

This issue is reproducible with the implementation of toolbar shifting bug 738335 and bug 1699506(behind a pref). As per above the issue is not a regression. Removing the flags.

This also reproduces in Safari and may therefore be expected behavior from a platform perspective.
