Reproduced the issue on macOS 11 using Firefox 73.0a1 (2019-12-02). Also reproducible on macOS 10.12 as well with Firefox 54.0a1 (2017-02-20) but instead of a white screen, a black screen is displayed when exiting Fullscreen with CMD+Q. From ~ May 2018 the white screen is displayed. I think it's safe to assume that the issue is not a regression. If an older regression range is required please let me know.
