Steps to reproduce
- Start Firefox.
- Open the customization page.
- Move the Bookmarks Toolbar items to between the back and forward buttons.
- Add multiple bookmarks to the bookmarks toolbar.
(Optional) Depending on the resolution, change the Firefox screen window size to reproduce.
Expected result
- The space between the right arrow and the bookmarks is reasonable.
Actual result
- The space between the right arrow and the bookmarks is a bookmarks length away.

This does not seem to be a regression. I've tried searching for one on Windows 10x64, but it got me back to 55.0a1 when the Bookmarks Toolbar could not be pinned between the back and forward arrows.
