Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox, access about:addons
- Click on the Plugins section;
- ZOOM in to the max value / Change screen resolution to lower(lowest);
Expected result
- elements properly displayed on resize;
Actual result
- [...] button for each plugin listed looses button left-right padding;

- First bad: 2020-06-29

I can also reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 20.04 with 89.0b7 (20210502185943).
