Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox and access about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox
- Press the TAB key to navigate across buttons in the section;
Expected result
- button focus is properly displayed;
Actual result
- focus indicator for [Load Temporary Add-on...] button

- initial implementation was having other issues; considering "good" that set of changes to track where the current version was handled (focus decoration being a grey bar, still truncated top):
