Header from about:cache?storage=disk doesn't respect text spacing if overflow and showed on 2 rows of text

Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox and access about:cache?storage=disk
- Shrink browser width;
Expected result
- text is properly displayed;
Actual result
- header section text splits and is placed on 2 rows, but the row-spacing makes the text overlap;
Regression range
- first bad: 2017-08-16;
- last good: 2017-08-15;
- Pushlog URL;
- prior to this, the text was not overlapped but the spacing was a bit to much so probably an over-compensation on the line-space values

Reproduced the issue using an affected Nightly build 88.0a1 (2021-03-08).
Verified as fixed on Firefox 96.0b2 (20211207185904) on Windows 10 x64 and macOS 10.15.
