We've been shipping in early beta and nightly for a long time. Let's do this for 88.

Andrew: love to see us shipping to more DEs, however I think we shouldn't ship on Xwayland as long as we haven't found a solution for bug 1635186, which I think could be quite bad :(
But maybe we can come up with something within this cycle. Will give it another go so we hopefully don't have to back out that part again.

Oh I thought I saw that was fixed, but I think I only saw the initial landing and not the backout.

It will be easier if I follow up with a blocklist entry for XWayland and mark it against your bug.
