Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox
  2. Activate fullscreen mode
  3. Right click the toolbar and tick and untick "Hide toolbars"

Expected result

  • The toolbars are hidden when the option is selected

Actual result

  • Nothing happens if the option is selected

Regression range

  • Will see for a regression

Additional notes

  • The issue can be seen in the following attachment
  • Windows 10 and Ubuntu 20.04 are not affected by this issue

This doesn't seem to be a regression. Got way back to 52.0a1 (2016-10-20) and the issue is still there. Going to builds older than that (i.e 2016-02-20) and the builds won't start at all.
