Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Use the shortcut: CTRL+Shift+Z.

Expected result

  • Debugger is opened.

Actual result

  • Nothing happens.

Regression range

  • This is not a regression. I can reproduce the issue on Nightly from 2019-10-17 when the shortcut was implemented.

Additional notes

  • macOS doesn't seem to be affected.
  • ESR 78.8.0-build2 on Ubuntu doesn't seem affected either. On Windows I can still reproduce the issue with ESR 78.8.0-build2, too.
