FTP is currently disabled on Nightly.
This bug will let that pref ride the trains to release.

Hi, I'm updating the docs for this. Tracking of that work in https://github.com/mdn/content/issues/3462 . Suggestions welcome.
The main change is release note and an update to the experimental features to note the preference value change.
FYI there is also associated work going on for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1626365 - I'm just waiting on response to comment 9 to better understand what other FTP related things have been undone/disabled by this.
