Tried to find a regression range but I could not reproduce this issue on my Windows 7 x64 machine using Firefox 86 beta 5 or the latest Nightly 87.0a1 - throbber is not truncated when saving on my side. Tried to reproduce this using both win 32 and win 64 builds.
Cristian, when time permits, could you please verify if this is still an issue on your x86 Windows 7 machine?
