Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox;
2. Click to open the [View History, saved bookmarks and more] or Hamburger menu button;
3. Hover over the ˆ menu decoration;
4. Move the mouse to the left (mouse cursor would not be over the menu);
5. Click;

Expected result / Enhancement suggestion

• menu would close, as the cursor is not over the menu;

Actual result

• menu not closed, audio indicators that click-action is over locked element;

Regression range

• not looking like a regression, reproducible on older builds from 2016;

Additional notes

• attached recording to illustrate the issue;
• reasoning would be that UX-wise it would make the interaction more expected.

This keeps being reported, I'm pretty sure what I'm duping to isn't the only dupe...
