Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox and access about:policies#documentation
2. Trigger the print preview(CTRL+P);

Expected result

• preview should extend to as many pages needed to show whole content;

Actual result

• preview gets cut off at SSLVersionMax.(most likely print as well);

Regression range

• first bad: 2017-06-27;
• last good: 2017-06-27
• Pushlog: URL;
• checking on older builds, the preview was extended to 2 pages, second one being blank;

Additional notes

• initial report on bug Bug #1676841, partial fix on bug 1685040;
• S4 as suggested severity, since it's more or less an edge case.

Why you think this is a regression? Print Preview didn't work at all before bug 1685040 (showed only one page), now it shows most of the content except a small portion at the end. So that's an improvement, not a regression. Am I missing something?
