Steps to reproduce
- In about:preferences#privacy deselect only the option "Cookies" in the Custom section.
- Go to https://senglehardt.com/test/trackingprotection/test_pages/social_tracking_protection.html.
- Click on the shield icon.
Expected result
- Cookies and other trackers should be seen under the "None Detected" section.
Actual result
- The message "No trackers known to Firefox are detected on this page." is displayed inside the Protection Panel.
