Steps to reproduce
- Start Latest Nightly (2020-12-11)
- Visit any webpage (eg: twitter.com)
- Click the lock icon inside URL bar
- Click
Clear Cookies and Site Data...
Expected result
- Cookies and site data is displayed.
Actual result
- The portion where the cookies and site data is displayed is missing

Verified that this is fixed now using Firefox 85 beta 3 across platforms (Windows 10 64bit, macOS 11 and Ubuntu 18.04).
