Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox and go to Customize mode.
  2. Select Dark theme.
  3. Hover over another tab.

Expected result

  • No glitches are displayed.

Actual result

  • Glitches are displayed on the browser back arrow and the More Tools button.

I can reproduce this locally, thanks for the detailed steps. Will investigate today.

Fixed up the regression in part 9 of that patch, which is being re-landed now.

The issue is verified fixed with Firefox 85.0a1 (20201210092800) on Windows 10x64, macOS 10.12 and Ubuntu 20.
