Steps to reproduce
- Go to https://www.sony.com/
- Hit Ctrl + P
- Make sure Print backgrounds option is checked
- Scroll down the preview
Expected result
- Only a thumbnail of the animation is captured inside the preview
Actual result
- The animation is played inside the preview
Regression range
- Not a regression, reproducible way back to Fx 78.0a1, on even older builds the animation is not loaded inside the preview
Additional notes
- Reproducible also with the old UI

Using your test case I've ended up with the following pushlog, with the "good" build displaying a blank page in print preview.
