In bug 494175, I'm making it possible to tab to individual video controls which weren't previously tabbable; e.g. the sliders, the mute button, etc. However, these don't have visual focus styling on Mac OS (and probably all other platforms). This is preffed off for now (behind media.videocontrols.keyboard-tab-to-all-controls), but fixing this is a requirement for us to be able to turn it on.

We already have bug 1665242 specifically for the full screen and CC buttons.

Howdy.
I'm seeing focus styling (rectangles) show up when I click on media controls. Is this intended or should these only show using non-mouse navigation?
