Bug 1672464 - Block WebRender for NVIDIA users with mixed refresh rates.
Beta/Release Uplift Approval Request
- User impact if declined: Some NVIDIA users will get WebRender and experience issues due to mixed high refresh rate displays.
- Is this code covered by automated tests?: Yes
- Has the fix been verified in Nightly?: No
- Needs manual test from QE?: No
- If yes, steps to reproduce:
- List of other uplifts needed: None
- Risk to taking this patch: Low
- Why is the change risky/not risky? (and alternatives if risky): Currently we are shipping WebRender to all NVIDIA users, at least relative to refresh rate. We just want to turn it off for a relatively small population due to existing issues. It hasn't been verified in nightly because this code path is only active in beta/release, but we do have automated tests written for it.
- String changes made/needed:
