Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox with and go to about:preferences.
- Click on the Advanced button from Fonts.
Expected result
- The window is opened as expected without visual glitches.
Actual result
- The first number shown for Size drop-down is 9 and then is changed to another one in a split second. This is the window opened when the Advanced button is pressed: link
