Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox;
- Make sure print.tab_modal.enabled is set on true;
- Access any page and open the Print Preview;
- Press the Tab key until you reach any of the Portrait/Landscape options;
- Press and Hold any of the left/right arrow key;
Enhancement suggestions
- option from left or right remains selected;
Actual result
- scrolling between Landscape/Portrait option(s) starts jumping from one to the other;
Regression range
- not a regression;
Additional notes
- attached recording to illustrate the suggestion;
- S4 as suggested severity, since this would not affect usability.

If I understand correctly, the request here is that the arrow keys should move focus between Portrait/Landscape, but not actually change the selection, and that the spacebar key or something should be pressed to change the Orientation value?

Sorry for the delayed response.
In short, yes.
It would mean less flickering in case someone decides to play with the menus.
