Steps to reproduce

1. Launch FIrefox;
2. Input data:text/html,<style></style>test: ----- <input type="color"> in the address bar and press Enter;
3. Click on the color picker;
4. Use the keyboard TAB, Shift+TAB;

Expected result

• focus ring indicates active element;

Actual result

• increased focus ring(s) across menus;
• for the color-picker croshair icon, the focus-ring is to much as well;

Regression range

• checking of regression range blocked issue fixed with bug 1526820, limiting search to 82.builds;

Additional notes

• S4 as suggested severity;
• attached recording to illustrate the issue.

This is a native dialog and the focus ring is outside our control. Other browsers likely have the same problem.
