Note

  • bug 1526820 attempts to fix this issue, however it's fixed only for macOS 11.0;

Affected platforms

  • macOS 10.13, macOS 10.15;

Affected versions

  • 82.0b2, 83.0a1(2020-09-22);

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch FIrefox;
  2. Input data:text/html,<style></style>test: ----- <input type="color"> in the address bar and press Enter;
  3. Click on the color picker;
  4. Use the keyboard to TAB, Shift+TAB, ArrowKeys;

Expected result

  • keyboard navigation works;

Actual result

  • keyboard navigation still doesn't work;

Regression range

  • most likely same as for 1526820, waiting on input;

Additional notes

  • S3 as suggested severity.

That patch was strictly for Windows. I can't help with macOS.
