Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox, open the attached test case;
- Select all (CTRL+A);
- Grab the scrollbar thumb;
- Drag it towards the right side;
Expected result
- content is scrolled;
Actual result
- content is dragged past a point;

- not a regression;
Additional notes
- attaching test case and recording;
- this might be better viewed as an enhancement since other browsers present the same issue but in a different manner;
- suggested severity is S4.

Seems like a UX edge case. One could argue that our behaviour is perfectly fine (although different from other browsers) because we "prioritize" the selection over the scrollbar. I'll mark this as a P5, I don't think we should spend time on it but if a contributor wants to work on it we could accept a patch.
