Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox and access https://www.goal.com
- Observe the scrollbars in the bottom-right side for the Privacy disclaimer
Expected result
- a single scroll-bar as per other browsers;
Actual result
- 2x scrollbars displayed;
Regression range
- not a regression;
Additional notes
- cannot confirm on Nightly since it's blocked by 1562863;
- attached screenshot with the issue;
- not reproducible on macOS 10.15, Ubuntu 18
- suggested severity S4.

The layout of the "Privacy" disclaimer has changed, thus the initial issue nu longer occurs.
