Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to about:preferences#home
  2. Select "Custom URLs..." from Homepage and new windows.
  3. Drag and drop a link in the URL field.
  4. Restart browser.

Expected result

  • The home page is the one from step 3.

Actual result

  • Home page is the default one. And in about:preferences#home the home page is set on Default.
