Steps to reproduce
- Launch FF.
- Go to cnn.com
- Click and open any news story.
- Go to Print from burger menu
Expected result
- Page is correctly displayed in print preview and all of the page's content can be read.
Actual result
- Header of the page is displayed above the text, and above the title of the article
Regression range
- Managed to reproduce this issue with a build from 2019-01-10, will return with a complete regression ASAP.
Notes
- I consider this issue to be an S3, since it is not affecting the overall readability of the page.
- The issue occurs in the same manner when actually printing to paper, regardless of paper size options.

Testing this issue in order to find a regression range, it seems that it's reproducible on every build, verified even on Fx 50.0a1 from 2016.07.23.
This is not a regression, that's why I change the keywords accordingly.
