Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox with a new profile
- Open a new tab with ctrl+t and perform a search in the address bar
- Quickly open a new tab and type @ in the address bar
- Observe the search engines listed
Expected result
Search engines are displayed properly when @ is typed in the address bar
Actual result
Search engines are duplicated with @ keyword

Re-tested on the latest Nightly 81.0a1 and I could not reproduce the issue anymore. Tested with Windows 10x64.
