This is a follow up for bug 1464700 as requested in comment 6.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox with a new profile and bookmark a random page.
2. Dismiss the popup and click on the library button while Save to Library is displayed.

Expected result

• The library is opened.

Actual result

• Nothing happens.

Notes

• Attached a screen recording.

The first click hides the confirmation panel (clicking anywhere does this, not just clicking the panel or the button). I don't think there's any sane way we can make this behave differently, and given the panel is only shown the first 3 times, and only for 1.5 second, I don't think it's worth investing in fixing that.
