Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox and go to the Facebook page.
  2. Play a random video and enable the PiP player
  3. Scroll the page while PiP player is activated

Expected result

  • The video playing in PiP player does not stop or pause.

Regression range

  • Will return with regression ASAP

Additional notes

  • This issue occurs for both normal and Live videos.

This is effectively the same as bug 1547349 - the site is pausing the video playback when the underlying <video> element is scrolled out of view.
