Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox and go to about:newtab.
- Click Customize your New Tab page button.
- Select the about:newtab opened at step 1.
Expected result
- No hover state for Customize your New Tab page button.
Actual result
- Customize your New Tab page button remains in hover state until a click is performed on the page.

New customize menu doesn't seem to have this issue, closing this.
