Affected versions

  • 77.0a1 (20200426215109)
  • 76.0b8 (20200424000239)
  • 75.0 (20200403170909)

Affected platforms

  • Ubuntu 18.04

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox and a random video from https://www.youtube.com/.
  2. Click on the PiP button.
  3. Dragg the PiP player from the left top side to fullscreen.

Expected result

  • The PiP window resizes as expected.

Actual result

  • On a single monitor, the PiP window changes position.
  • On the dual monitor, the pip window occupies a quarter of the second screen after flashing.

Regression Range
I Will search for one ASAP if there is one.

Notes

  • Attached a screen recording.
Has Regression Range: --- → no
Has STR: --- → yes
Component: Video/Audio Controls → Widget: Gtk
Product: Toolkit → Core

The PIP window should not be moved to fullscreen by mouse, we need to use a GTK function for that if there's such need. I guess any resizable application window behaves the same way.
