Steps to reproduce
- Open https://outlook.live.com/owa/
- Hover the “Try premium” button
Expected result
- The button is highlighted entirely
Actual result
- The highlight on the bottom of the button is missing
Regression range
- This is an old regression, couldn’t restrain the range to a narrower one since lots of builds in between are broken: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=2114ef80f6ae&tochange=c0abc2a6e11f52761366e029eb1bae4c9864a8a3
Additional notes
- I can reproduce this issue only on a certain test machine, see the about:support content
