Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://joo.crater.uberspace.de/frame-permissions.html
2. Click on Geolocation, Video, Audio etc. from This page section

Expected result

• All the panels are displayed on the same level as protection panel, hamburger menu, library and others.

Actual result

• Site permission panels are displayed a few pixels lower then expected.

Adding up to this that is also affects the save/update dorhangers for Password Manager.

Regressing bug was backed out from 76 and 77.
