Steps to reproduce
- Bookmark any website (CTRL+D)
- Open the Edit This Bookmark (click on the Star icon inside the address bar)
- Expand the Folder section from Show all the bookmarks folders arrow
- Observe the New Folder button bellow the section
Expected result
- The button has the “New Folder” label, the button is not shrinked
Actual result
- The label is missing, the button is shrinked
