Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox.
- Access the “hamburger” menu.
- Click the “Customize” option.
- Reduce the width and height of the browser window considerably.
- Populate the overflow menu until it’s vertical scrollbar is displayed.
Expected result
- All the elements are correctly displayed within the Overflow menu.
Actual result
- Several elements are incorrectly displayed inside the Overflow menu.
Regression range
- This seems to be a regression.

- Note: Unfortunately mozregression kept skipping builds and couldn’t point out the exact regressor.

Probably regressed by bug 1461793. Either way, this has been broken for nearly 2 years (since July 2018) and this is the first we've heard of it, so probably no more than P3.
