Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox.
  2. Access the “hamburger” menu.
  3. Click the “Customize” option.
  4. Reduce the width and height of the browser window considerably.
  5. Populate the overflow menu until it’s vertical scrollbar is displayed.

Expected result

  • All the elements are correctly displayed within the Overflow menu.

Actual result

  • Several elements are incorrectly displayed inside the Overflow menu.

Probably regressed by bug 1461793. Either way, this has been broken for nearly 2 years (since July 2018) and this is the first we've heard of it, so probably no more than P3.
