Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox.
- Go to any website and open Devtools.
- Click on the Network tab.
- Right click on any request from the list, then select "Start Performance Analysis..."
- Shrink the Devtools hight until scrolls bars appears on the right side.
- Grab the scrollbars and scroll the Devtools page down.
Expected result
- The center line between graphs appear is correctly shown.
Actual result
- The center line between graphs appear as cut off.
