Steps to reproduce
Preconditions:
- For beta set media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.keyboard-controls.enabled on true
- Login into amazon prime video
- Play a video
- Enter in PIP mode
- Press right or left arrow
Expected result
- The video seeks 15 second forward (or backward) and resumes without any issue
Actual result
- The video freezes indefinitely
Regression range
- Not a regression, introduce when this functionality was implemented (bug 1602841)
Additional notes
- Not reproducible with Ubuntu
- Not reproducible with youtube, facebook, cnn or twich

I can't reproduce this now. Anca, can you still repro?
Also, I should have updated this bug that I contacted Amazon about this a couple weeks back.

I can still reproduce this issue intermittently with the latest Nightly (2020-04-06). Not sure if relevant in this context, but I use a VPN to play the amazon prime videos. If toggling the Play/Pause button from pip window (more than two times), the video resumes eventually, other wise it is stuck indefinitely. - see the screencast.
